Privacy notice

When you submit a service request, we collect the name, phone number, ZIP code, optional email, and details you provide so Glove City Solutions can respond. We also record basic campaign source parameters if you arrived through an ad.

Requests are stored in a private AWS account and sent to the business Gmail inbox used by Glove City Solutions. We use this information to handle your request and understand which advertising channels bring service inquiries. We do not use a service request as consent for unrelated marketing messages.

The website uses a Google advertising tag to measure visits and ad results. Google may use cookies and similar identifiers under its own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

If you choose to allow advertising measurement, we send OpenAI a service-request event, a random request identifier, its time, our confirmation-page URL, and an OpenAI ad-click reference when present. We do not send your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, or request text. We ask OpenAI to exclude these events from future user-level personalization. Measurement is optional and does not affect your service request.
